  • Bulk Orders: Shipped via Air–Sea cargo for cost-effective transportation.

  • Small Orders: Shipped via DHL, TNT, or FedEx through fast and secure courier services.

Delivery Time:

  • Small orders: Dispatched within 15 days

  • Bulk orders: 30–45 working days, depending on order volume and production schedule.

We guarantee safe packaging and careful handling of all surgical and medical instruments to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Replacements

While our instruments go through strict ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and CE-certified quality control processes, if you receive a defective item:

  • Report within 7 days of receiving the goods.

  • If the defect is caused by our workmanship, we offer free replacements within 30 days of delivery.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

  • Small Orders:
    Require 100% advance payment.

  • Bulk Orders:
    Require 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% payable at the time of shipment.
